Sales Engineer Finland

We are looking for a sales engineer to join our team at Micro-Epsilon Sensotest AB, working with our Finnish customers.

As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for promoting the sensor portfolio within your designated region. Your primary objective will be to establish and build strong customer relationships to increase brand exposure and drive sales growth.

Your Task:
  • Responsible to promote sales of Micro-Epsilon Senosotest sensor portfolio in their region.
  • Responsible for establishing strong customer relationships to increase Micro-Epsilon brand exposure. 
  • Responsibilities include proactively contacting potential customers through in-person meetings, email or phone to identify their needs.
  • Lead and conducts sales meetings where you present our products with convincing arguments to convince potential customers of our solutions.
  • Creating and negotiating sales proposals and business agreements with customers.
  • Manages and updates customer data in CRM systems for effective customer care.
  • Actively participates in market activities, including fairs and seminars, to increase the company's visibility and expand our network.
  • Responsible for promoting cross-sales by introducing other relevant products and services to already existing customers.
Profiilisi:

Success in this role requires frequent customer visits and active participation in projects and training sessions. Effective communication in both Finnish and English is essential for you (knowledge of Swedish and German is an additional advantage). You may also have previous experience, perhaps in 2D/3D measurement systems and related software. Experience with projects involving different sensor solutions is also a plus.

You will be based in Finland and preferred region is Helsinki.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in the sensor technology industry.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Confident in working in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
