In the manufacturing process of glass panes, exact positioning during separation is an important requirement for obtaining the precise size of the glass pane and thus increasing the processing quality.

Two optoCONTROL 2700 micrometers measure the exact position on both sides of the glass pane and transmit the signal to the production control system. Based on the position signal, the control system corrects the alignment of the glass pane so that it is in the exact position specified during separation. Thanks to the micrometer's innovative technology, transparent objects such as glass panes can be detected with high reliability and speed.
